1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, username, profile data, and content submissions. We also collect usage data through analytics (PostHog) and error tracking (Sentry).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and improve the Platform; process payments; send transactional emails; enforce content policies; and provide analytics to contributors about their content performance.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe per their privacy policy. Author payouts are processed via Wise Business.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: Stripe (payments); Wise (author payouts); PostHog (analytics); Sentry (error tracking); Resend (transactional emails); OpenAI (content processing -- content text only, no personal data).

5. Location Data

The Exercise section may request your location to show nearby gyms, parks, and exercise spots. Location data is used only for proximity searches and is not stored server-side. Air quality data is fetched based on your coordinates but not linked to your account.

6. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from your settings page. There is a 30-day grace period during which your account can be reactivated. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted. Published content may be retained in anonymized form.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used via PostHog to understand how the Platform is used.
