All content on Body Protocol, including protocols and insights, is shared from personal experience and general knowledge. It is not medical advice. The term "protocol" is not used in a medical context. Content on this platform should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Protocols will never promote prescription medication, controlled substances, or medical procedures. Users with existing health conditions should consult qualified healthcare professionals before applying any protocol.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts may be deactivated or deleted per our account management policies.

4. Contributor Terms

By submitting content, you grant Body Protocol a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your original work. Content must comply with our submission guidelines and will be reviewed before publication.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid content purchases are processed via Stripe. Authors set prices within platform limits. Founding Member purchases are one-time and non-refundable. Content purchases follow the platform's refund policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post medical advice or treatment recommendations; promote prescription drugs or controlled substances; engage in spam, hate speech, or harassment; use the platform for brand promotion within editorial content; attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.

7. Intellectual Property

Body Protocol respects intellectual property rights. Our proprietary claims system allows content creators to assert and defend ownership of original methods and approaches.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
